Here in North East Georgia we have had rain and unseasonably warm weather all week up until yesterday. We had a slight chance of snow Thursday night, which would have made my kids so happy but nada, nothing. Oh well.....
Because of the rain and being cooped up inside this week , I was able to finish painting my built-in cabinets in the breakfast area and will share that with you this week. I love how they turned out.
Until then, I have a little bit of this and a little bit of love to share this week.
From My Front Porch To Yours transforms her vintage dresser into a cozy retreat and adds a bit of privacy for her 'Baby Girl' by adding the curtain. Cute!
Ashbee Designs shows us how she made these darling Valentine Paper Trees from her Silhouette machine. Wonderful way to display your love this time of the year.
Making Home Base shares a yummy candy bark, which is a wonderful thing to eat this time of the year!!
A Typical English Home made her own DIY Boot Tray. Super easy and less expensive then most trays that you will find.
I sure hope you are going to do something today that makes you happy. Have a great weekend!

Always fun to see what you find Laura! Sorry you didn't get snow....we haven't had any yet...just ice. Off to check out that DIY boot tray!
I love that boot tray. That Valentine tree is cute too. We had a chance of snow but like you- nothing :-(
Looks like you made good use of all this rainy weather. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Laura, Thanks for the feature on my Valentine Trees. We do have snow here in CT if you want to send up the kids! It is a work weekend for me - lot's of projects on going!
Hi Laura...wonderful weekly wow post.
I started collecting Mikasa French Countryside 30 years ago and absolutely love it. Thanks for coming by the Back Porch.
My account is set up to share my email. Not sure why you are getting no reply.
Love that boot tray -- now if only I had a mudroom for one... :).
Enjoy the weekend, Laura! See you next Saturday at Rhoda's??

I love your "wows," Laura ... from Pam's fabulous redo to the awesome boot tray. And, pretty sure I gained weight just *looking* at the yummy Valentine candy bark again!
Such great ideas! I think I need to tackle that boot tray (though in our house it would be more aptly named a cleat tray!)
Great wows...super ideas!!!...
